Essential information for a serene and seamless stay.
I. House Rules
Check-in / Check-out:
- Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
- Please communicate your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance.
Registered Guests and Events:
- The villa can only accommodate the maximum number of people agreed upon during booking.
- Organizing parties or events with external guests must be pre-authorized by the Management.
Quiet Hours and Respect:
- We require maximum respect for quiet hours, especially in the evening (after 10:00 PM) and at night.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa premises.
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas (terraces and gardens), using the designated ashtrays.
II. Included and Optional Services
A. Services Included in the Exclusive Rental
- Linens and Cleaning: Full supply of bed linens, bath towels, and pool/solarium towels. Final cleaning is included (excluding waste disposal and dishwashing, which is the guests' responsibility).
- Utilities: All costs related to electricity, gas, water, and heating/air conditioning are included in the rental price.
- Connection: Free high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the villa area.
- Parking: Free, private parking within the property grounds.
B. Optional Services (Upon Request and Paid)
- Private Chef: Organization of special dinners or lunches with a private chef at the villa.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Extra cleaning service during your stay (upon specific request and at an hourly rate).
- Transfers: Organization of transportation services to/from airports and stations.
